Located at 1423 130th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98005, Tru-Line operates as an auto repair shop serving Bellevue in Washington. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. In Bellevue, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Washington vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 6 am–3 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (425) 462-0013. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, trulinebellevue.com.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 218 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Bellevue.

Bottom line: This is a smaller shop and you'll get better service than you would at a large chain. Given the premium they charge, I did not feel it was worth it, hence the 2-star rating. Long story: Tru-Line Bellevue came highly recommend by a multitude of Porsche friends. I came in and things initially went well. I brought a printout of fully customized alignment specs but was talked out of it. They ended up doing one of their "standard" (C2?) specs. Upon reviewing what it entailed, it looked fine (albeit I was slightly perturbed by their dismissive attitude about a custom spec). The steering wheel was slightly off-center and I called the day after to see if I could come in for another alignment. I was told it was probably fine, most likely caused by road crowning, and to call again if it wasn't. (At this point I am continually perturbed by their dismissive attitude and sprinkle of gaslighting). I drove several more days on various roads and determined it was not just the roads. I scheduled another appointment for the following week. During the second appointment, Brian (? apologies, I can no longer remember the name) took the car out with wrenches and came back sayin

Only shop I ever trust with all my suspension needs. Have been going for 10+yrs. Wheels/tires,Lowering springs, coilovers, EDC delete modules they’ve done it all for me. Excellent job every time!

Had my new tires balanced at another shop. Still had a bad shake at 60+ even after they supposedly checked the balance again They claimed is was something in the steering rack. Took the car to Tru-Line and they said it was a bad balance job. They performed a road-force balance job and all was good. I've had other work done here as well. Rates are fair and the work is high quality. I will use them for all of my alignment, brake and tire jobs going forward.

Lowering my Shelby resulted in substantial toe out of the front tires and just generally messed up up the cars geometry. Brandon took it in stride and as proven by the before and after printout he went over with me, he took the car from fighting with itself to driving like a well mannered muscle car. It was my first visit based on great reviews from the web and they were right. Outstanding! Thanks Brandon and crew.

Tru-Line Bellevue has been the only suspension shop I’ve trusted for the past 17 years. From daily driver to weekend toys, this is the place to go. I’ve never had an issue with their work - in fact I’ve had them correct other alignments, including one from Ferrari of Seattle. After any dealer warranty suspension repairs, Brandon is next to check their work.
